The MAA Fall Ball Program is sponsored by the MAA Sizzle Teams. Games begin mid August and run until about the end of October, weather permitting. Approximately 12 games are scheduled on Sunday afternoons for 4th - 9th grade and 6 games for K-3rd grade. Instructional clinics including softball skills of Sliding, Hitting, Bunting, Throwing, Pitching, and Fielding are also provided. Instruction for the clinics is provided by the Metro team coaches and players. Since the primary purpose of the Fall League is for instruction and player development, scores and league standings are not kept. Coaches may agree to special rules prior to each game. All games and clinics are held at the Westchester Park Softball Complex.

Registration for the 2010 Fall Ball season will be held from June 1st to August 20th, 2010. Registrations received after August 8th are subject to a $25 late fee. Registration is done online, identical to the process for summer. Please keep your teams to 12 players so all kids are able to play as much as possible.

Grade divisions will be K-2, 3, 4/5, 6/7 & 8/9. Rules from the higher grade level will apply as stated in the summer schedule book.

"Select" teams registering must play up to the next grade division. Ex. 9's play 4/5th, 10's play 6/7th & 11's or 12's play 8/9th leagues. No select teams going into 14U league the following year will be allowed to play. Individual Select team players must also register in the higher divisions.

Registration Fees of $80 per player cover all fees including uniform. Discounts are provided for teams that use their own uniforms and equipment. Teams are available for all age groups. Teams and players from outside of the MAA program may also register for the Fall Ball program.
